HEXLIGHT, film is a customisation film for tinting headlight glass. Liner HEX'PRESS.

The 90-µm, very high-performance, multi-layered, cast HEXLIGHTS films are coated with a pressure-sensitive, solvent-based acrylic adhesive. Structured adhesive for faster application and air evacuation. Specially designed for headlight and taillight tinting of vehicles. Glossy transparent films in light or dark black.

These ultra-clear products produce a crystal-tinted effect that allows the maximum amount of light emitted by the headlights to pass through.

Toepassing & onderhoud

Conformable product, suitable exclusively for vehicles and other products on wheels.
Apply to a surface that is clean and free from any traces of contaminants (dust, grease, wax, silicone, etc.).

Particular care must be taken to clean the angles and periphery of the target surfaces in order to enable the film to adhere properly to the surface.

Only apply to an undamaged substrate.

If the substrate is damaged, the application and the removal are at the judgement and risk of the installer.

Caution:

The HEXLIGHTS films are intended to be applied to exhibition vehicles or vehicles used on off-road terrains not suitable for public traffic (e.g. private lanes, circuits, etc.). It is recommended to enquire about the current legislation in the country of use prior to any appearance modification of the vehicle's lighting and warning devices for applications other than those stated above. HEXIS cannot be held liable for any non-compliance with the current legislation of the country of use.

Aanbevelingen

To facilitate application, HEXIS have several types of squeegees in their range of accessories, ranging from soft to hard (plastic or felt).

Vertical exposure, Central European climate:
up to 7 years (under normal road use conditions).

Lifespan depends on the type of substrate, its preparation, exposure conditions and nature and frequency of the cleaning.
For instance, it is estimated that a south-facing exposure (in the northern hemisphere) will divide the durability by two. The same applies to a horizontal exposure. In addition, elevated temperatures (above +50 °C) (+122 °F) or pollution significantly reduce this durability.
