Printable film composed of a 50-µm cast PVC, which is coated with a pressure-sensitive, super-reinforced acrylic adhesive. Due to its super-reinforced adhesive, this product is particularly recommended for application to irregular surfaces, such as bricks, concrete, chipboard, etc. or low-energy surfaces (polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.). For solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV inkjet printing. Glossy surface finish.

Toepassing & onderhoud
Due to the wide variety of existing substrates, the application of film to an unsuitable and/or not adequately prepared surface or coating may result in media lifting from the substrate or damage to the substrate or existing laminate when the film is removed. The application and removal of the film are at the judgement and risk of the installer. HEXIS will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any damages or deteriorations caused by the installation or removal of a vinyl film.
- In the case of an already painted substrate, apply to undamaged original paintwork only. If the paintwork is not original and/or damaged, the application and the removal are at the judgement and risk of the installer.
Aanbevelingen
- The surface finish of your printings may be modified/improved/protected by applying the appropriate laminate: PC500, PC190 or PC30 for low deformation substrates.
- For an application to irregular surfaces (brick, concrete, chipboard, etc.) a particular installation method is required. - Vertical outdoor exposure on smooth surfaces:
Unprinted: 10 years.
Printed and laminated:
- PC500: 5 years.
- PC190 and PC30: 4 years.
Printed: 2 years. - Vertical outdoor exposure on irregular surfaces (brick, concrete, chipboard, etc.): Printed and laminated with PC500, PC190 or PC30: 1 year depending on exposure and climate conditions.
- Indoor exposure on irregular surfaces (brick, concrete, chipboard, etc.): 5 years.
