Antigraffiti Laminates
gloss 1370 mm 30 m long term polyester PET
Film composed of 36-μm, very transparent polyester, which is treated to protect against UV rays and coated with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. Intended for the cold lamination or protection of 2D flat surfaces, the film is easy to clean and can be used as anti-graffiti protection. It has a glossy surface finish.

Toepassing & onderhoud
- Anti-UV and anti-graffiti protection of 2D flat surfaces.
- For an outdoor application, an extra margin of 2 cm (0.79 in.) is preferable.
- Only use non-felted squeegees during application.
- The film can be cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge or a soft cloth and acetone, alcohol, soapy water or HEX'AG.
- In the case of an already painted substrate, self-adhesive media must only be applied to undamaged original paintwork. If the paintwork is not original and/or damaged, the application and the removal are at the judgement and risk of the installer.
Aanbevelingen
- Optimal drying time for the inks before laminating, coating or further processing of a HEXIS digital printing film, which has been printed with solvent, eco-solvent and latex inks, is:
- 48 hours for a cast film;
- 24 hours for a calendered film. - When using for lamination, make sure that the tensions of each film (film to be laminated and laminate) are the same during the lamination process.
- When repositioning a digital printing film + PG3036UVB compound, white lines may appear on the PG3036UVB laminate during application.
For a line-free result, HEXIS recommend using masking tape to correctly adjust the position of the compound (always with its liner) on the substrate before removing the liner and applying the film.
