FILM TAPE
0.2-mm, double-sided, technical mounting tape with very strong adhesion properties, which is composed of a clear PET film and coated on both sides with a clear, pressure-sensitive, acrylic adhesive. Intended for permanent bonding of different materials requiring very strong adhesion strength to different substrates. Indoor or outdoor application. Highly UV- and weather-resistant.

Suitable for structural bonding on various surfaces: wood, metal, glass and most synthetic materials.
High initial tack and very high ultimate adhesion. These double-sided tapes replace screws and rivets. Perfect sealing. Resistant to UV rays, solvents and humidity.
Applications: advertising totems, mounting beadings, mouldings, emblems and reinforcement parts. Typical applications for transparent tapes: light boxes, applications on Plexiglas®.

Toepassing & onderhoud
Both the ambient and the substrate temperature must comply with the minimum application temperature. A lower application temperature does not guarantee that there is enough adhesion strength of the double-sided adhesive tape to the substrate.
- Short-term, maximum temperature resistance: +200 °C.
- During application, apply maximum pressure in order to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Permanent adhesion, optimal after 24 hours of contact at 23 °C.
