HOLESHOT HEX'TREM
gloss 1370 mm 25 m long term Monomeric PVC
100-µm, calendered, monomeric, white PVC film, which is coated with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive on the front side and on the other side with an ultra-reinforced, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. A non-adhesive-coated, printed film will be applied to the front side of the XTTWICE film in order to create a motorcycle decoration.

Toepassing & onderhoud
- The film must be stocked for at least 24 hours under the same storage conditions as the film to be laminated.
- Once the roll has been taken out of its cardboard packaging, HEXIS recommend placing roll on a support (such as end caps or silicone-coated paper) or storing it by suspension.
Caution: There is a risk of adhesive bleeding on the surfaces that come into contact with the edges of the film roll.
Due to the high rigidity of the product, a natural shrinkage of a few millimetres may occur at the beginning of the roll. This will not impair in any way the quality of the product.
- A transparent, non-adhesive-coated, plasticised PVC film that has been printed in mirror mode is intended to be applied to the side protected by the liner with grey HEXIS print. Apply the printed side to the adhesive. The assembly of the printed film with the XTTWICE film is carried out by lamination.
- The side protected by the unprinted liner is intended to be applied to the substrate (such as a motorcycle body).
- In the case of painted substrates, self-adhesive media must only be applied to undamaged original paintwork. If the paintwork is not original and/or damaged, the application and the removal are at the judgement and risk of the installer.
