Clear
Film composed of 100-µm monomeric PVC with improved transparency, which is coated with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. For solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV inkjet printing. This film is intended for application to glass surfaces. It has a glossy surface finish.

Toepassing & onderhoud
Both the ambient and the substrate temperature must comply with the minimum application temperature.
- Apply to untreated mineral glass that is clean and free from all traces of contaminants (dust, grease, wax, silicone, etc.).
Particular care must be taken to clean the angles and periphery of the glass surfaces in order to enable the film to adhere properly to the surface. Clean the glass surface with soapy water only.
- To limit the risk of marking the film during the application, only use our very soft MAXBLUE or SHAGFENCES squeegees. Before carrying out the squeegeeing step, it is also possible to place the previously removed protection liner on the film surface.
Aanbevelingen
- The surface finish of your printings can be modified/protected by applying the VCLEARCG1 film as lamination.
When applied to laminated monomeric or polymeric PVC films, the removable adhesives can become semi-permanent. The duration of application and the type of exposure may accelerate this phenomenon.
Duurzaamheid in detail
- Vertical outdoor exposure, unprinted: up to 1 years, depending on the substrate.
- Removability without leaving significant traces of adhesive: up to 6 months.
