85-µm, adhesive-coated polyurethane film, made from a water-based emulsion, which is free of DMF or similar solvents. Opaque white, thin film, recommended for applications to cotton and polyester textiles (except Softshell). Especially adapted for the creation of letterings, logos or small images. Matt surface finish.
- Because of its non-adhesive liner, it is easy to weed.
- Its composition allows the ink to dry almost instantly.
- Its washability up to 60°C will allow markings on many substrates (PPE, sportswear, advertising).
- The UFLEX7PV2 is made WITHOUT SOLVENTS, so it will meet your environmental expectations.

Especially suitable for lettering, logos or images.
Its composition allows for detailed cuts in solid colours.
Its flexibility on small size markings will make it a real asset for a silk-screen rendering.
Being OEKOTEX CLASS 1, markings on children's clothing will be a plus.
The UFLEX7PV2 can be applied without tape for full colour logos.

- For each new application of UFLEX7PV2 films to Lycra® based fabrics, verify the compatibility of the UFLEX7PV2 film with this material by producing a garment corresponding to the end product.
Due to the high variability of these substrates, HEXIS decline all responsibility related to the behaviour of the end product.
- The use of softeners is not recommended since it can cause an alteration of the flex film adhesion to the fabric.
