gloss 1370 mm 50 m medium term semi-polymeric PVC
Film composed of a 70-µm, clear, anti-UV treated, calendered, hybrid PVC, which is coated with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. Product developed for cold-laminating HEXIS digital printing films. Particularly suitable for laminating UV inkjet printing. Glossy (V740B) or matt (V740M) surface finish.

Toepassing & onderhoud
- Application to flat surfaces only.
- Particularly suitable for cold laminating UV inkjet prints.
Although the ink is solid immediately after printing, the polymerisation and reticulation time of the inks is 24 hours (variable depending upon the printer used and the quantity of ink applied). Please comply with this minimum waiting time before laminating the UV inkjet-printed film.
- Good stability in combination with the HEXIS digital printing films of the 240 series.
- UV protection.
- To clean the film, only use a non-abrasive sponge or soft cloth with soapy water.
- In the case of an already painted substrate, apply to undamaged original paintwork only. If the paintwork is not original and/or damaged, the application and the removal are at the judgement and risk of the installer.
Aanbevelingen
- The colour of the films is controlled by HEXIS in order to ensure faithful reproduction of their colour tints. Nevertheless, in the case that your project requires the use of several rolls of the same colour reference, HEXIS recommend using only a single batch number of each reference.
Duurzaamheid in detail
- Vertical outdoor exposure on flat surfaces:
Up to 2.5 years only for the laminate but not for the graphics.
The durability of the laminated print depends on the printing technology used and the inks used. Consult the ink manufacturer.
