If there is no written evidence acknowledging receipt of transmission to the end-user, the manufacturer will not be liable for any product defect (non-removability, paint damage, etc.).

General advice:

• The product may shrink from the start of use. It is essential to keep this in mind for any integration of the product in a visual communication project.
• The film can be cut using a cutter or scissors.
• For cleaning, only use water or a neutral detergent.
• As soon as the roll is removed from its packaging, the product must be stored in a flat position (sheets) or standing vertically (rolls) in order to prevent pressure marks caused by its own weight. The deformation may be irreversible.
• To remedy deformations, place the magnetic sheet on a flat metal sheet of at least 1-mm thickness for 24 to 48 hours at a temperature ranging from +30 °C to +40 °C (+86 °F to +104 °F).
• After cutting a roll and before marking, leave the magnetic sheet lying flat for 24 to 48 hours at a temperature of above 18 °C (64 °F). Put paper sheets between the layers to prevent the magnetic sheets from sticking to each other.

Advice for vehicle markings:

• It is recommended to wax the car body to be covered at least 48 hours before applying the magnetic film.
• Any new vehicle or newly painted vehicle must be dried for at least 90 days before being covered with magnetic film.
• The target surface and the back of the magnetic sheet must be clean and dry. It is recommended to carefully wipe down the magnetic sheet in order to remove any metallic particles that might have adhered to its surface.
• The size of the magnetic sheet must be such that it can be applied flat (without deformation of the product or bubble formation).
• The target surface must be free from peaks or dips because, due to the lack of sufficient contact, air could penetrate between the sheet and the substrate.
• It is prohibited to apply this film to the vehicle bonnet.
• Recommended application temperature (substrate, film, environment): +20 °C (+68 °F).
• The magnetic film and the car body must be cleaned frequently using a soft detergent in order to keep the film in a good shape.

When washing the vehicle, the magnetic sheet must be removed, cleaned and dried before being applied again.

• Variations in temperature will lead to water condensation between the magnetic film and the vehicle body. For this reason, every day the sheet must be removed, cleaned and applied again on a slightly offset area. Since areas exposed to sunlight age faster than covered areas, you will thus avoid too severe markings.
• Do not use the magnetic film on car bodies repaired with fillers.
