Film composed an 80-µm, calendered, polymeric PVC, which is coated with a pressure-sensitive, acrylic adhesive. Glossy surface finish with very high transparency.

Toepassing & onderhoud
- In the case of an already painted substrate, self-adhesive media must only be applied to undamaged original paintwork. If the paintwork is not original and/or damaged, the application and the removal are at the judgement and risk of the installer.
Due to its coiling tension, PET liner, and very high transparency, slight traces of mottling may be visible on the film before application. If any traces remain after application, they can be reduced by slightly heating the film with a heat gun.
HEXIS-tip
For better results, apply transfer paper to the Cristal C4000 film before you start.
For even greater transparency, use the SHAGFENCEM squeegee (see page 179) and HEXISGEL application gel (see page 195).
