Toepassing & onderhoud
- Prior to any film application to a substrate prone to degassing, it is the responsibility of the prescriber and applicator to verify the compatibility between the film and the substrate and to carry out an optimal substrate degassing (in the case of synthetic glass such as PMMA). The applicator is liable for any appearance of bubbles due to substrate degassing.
- During storage, always handle with clean and dry hands.
- Outdoor application.
- Application with soapy water only.
- Adhesion to glass, except grain substrates.
- Only use special tools dedicated to the application of window films.
- Always remove the liner at the moment right before application, and squeegee the film right after as instructed during the HEXIS training courses.
In order to reduce the risk of scratching the film during the application with the squeegees, HEXIS recommend using the film's protective liner as surface protection.
- After application you must wait for one month before any cleaning of the surface with soapy water.

Duurzaamheid in detail
- Vertical outdoor exposure on flat surfaces:
- 2 years,
- Removability: up to 3 months without significant traces of adhesive. After this period, adhesion may increase over time.
