Film composed of a 50-µm, clear, cast PVC, which is coated with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. Intended for cold-laminating cast printable VTB901WG1 films for truck tarpaulins. Glossy (PTB900G), matt (PTB900M) or satin (PTB900S) surface finish.

Toepassing & onderhoud
- For protecting cast digital printing films for truck tarpaulins.
- UV protection.
- In the case of an already painted substrate, self-adhesive media must only be applied to undamaged original paintwork. If the paintwork is not original and/or damaged, the application and the removal are at the judgement and risk of the installer.
- After application, wait for at least 24 hours with the tarpaulin stretched out before using the truck.
- Tarpaulin + film cleaning: Wait for one week before carrying out the first washing. Use soft detergents (such as ShampcarV2). If you intend to use a high-pressure water jet, respect a minimum distance of 50 cm (19.69 in.) and a maximum water temperature of 35 °C (95 °F) while taking care not to focus too heavily on the film's edges at the risk of them peeling off.
HEXIS recommend forwarding these cleaning instructions to the end user. It is the responsibility of the end user to carry out a preliminary cleaning test on a small inconspicuous surface of the area concerned.
Aanbevelingen
- Prior to any lamination, coating or other of a cast printed film for truck tarpaulins, you must wait for 48 hours after printing in order to ensure optimal drying time for the inks.

- Vertical outdoor exposure:
Without mechanical stress: Up to 5* years.
With mechanical stress: depends on the type and frequency of the stresses.
A film applied to surfaces exposed to mechanical stress will be subject to repeated abrasion that will more or less rapidly reduce its lifespan (change of appearance, peeling off, etc.).
